Welcome to InBody with X˙CORE
Ditch the scale
Your weight is made up of muscle, fat, and water. The key to effective weight loss is losing excess body fat, not overall body weight. Weight loss is not the same as fat loss. Instead of tracking how heavy you are, use body composition analysis to track how healthy you really are.
Body composition analysis is key
Body composition analysis refers to measuring your body composition, generally known as your body muscle, fat, and water. Instead of focusing on a single number on your scale, body composition analysis allows you to focus on losing body fat and gaining muscle while retaining the proper amount of body water in specific areas of your body. Body composition analysis is the key to tracking and maintaining effective weight loss. Lose weight smarter, healthier, and happier like never before. Learn more about body composition.
Take control of your health
The InBody570 accurately measures your body composition in less than 45 seconds and prints out a results sheet which lists out your body composition components, tracking your progress over time.
This device shows you key components of your health like your:
Skeletal Muscle Mass • Percent Body Fat • Body Fat Mass • Basal Metabolic rate • Visceral Fat Level and more!

Once you arrive, an X˙CORE team member will help you weigh in and print your results.
On your first weigh-in, you'll receive a Result Sheet Guide, which is a comprehensive fold-out that is used in combination with your individual result sheet. The Guide provides valuable insights to help you better understand and interpret your body composition scan results. The same Guide can be used for all subsequent weigh-ins, or you can track your history with the InBody app.
You can also watch the in-depth video below to better understand and interpret your body composition scan results.
NOTE: 1-1 consultations are not currently offered.

Interpreting Your Results Sheet
Special Cases
Although InBody devices provide accurate and precise results for the majority of users, certain physical circumstances may skew body composition test results. We recommend that users with certain health conditions avoid testing:
Pregnant individuals - the currents utilized for testing by InBody devices have not been shown to have any risk factors for pregnant users. However, it is not recommended that users test during pregnancy. This is due to changes in body fluids, which may cause body composition results to differ from a user’s “normal” baseline.
Individuals with pacemakers (without prior approval from a physican)
Amputees/individuals who are unable to stand
Metal Implants - Because metal is highly conductive, metal implants cause increased lean mass readings in the area in which the metal is located. The degree of this skew can vary, depending on the size and composition of the implant itself. However, because this effect will be consistent from test to test, the initial test may be used as a baseline to track changes in a user’s body composition over time.
