Meet Marcella
Marcella has been committed to changing her lifestyle through fitness and nutrition for many years. She is dedicated to staying on this continuum through total body strength training and a balanced diet. She grew up an athlete and eventually found her joy in running and group fitness classes, such as, cycling, boxing, boot camp, and climbing. She is transitioning from being the student to instructor so she can share her journey with others. She wants to inspire others to set goals and make whole body changes. Her enthusiasm for group rhythmic fitness classes is motivating and you will find yourself addicted to her beat based classes.

X-CORE is….A workout studio that will challenge you in cardio, strength, flexibility and mind. X˙CORE is that fitness community who is positive, kind and of course fun. They believe in you and empower you.

Favorite Food: only one? Sushi, salad tacos

Favorite music to workout to: That’s hard.... reggaeton, dancehall mixes and Top 40 remixes (hip hop, edm, House)... Or I just listen to my own mix tape. ;)
What do you like to do for fun? I like to get to a pool, relax and spend time with friends and family.
Hobbies: DJ - Music is on nonstop in my home
Fun Facts: I’ve DJed in the bay for the last 17 years. And I used to work on a nursery and landscape for 7 years. .... If that’s not cool enough: I can touch my nose with my tongue.

Who/what inspires you? My Mom is a Rock. She does everything with grace, kindness and unconditional love. She puts everyone else before others.
Also, women who are comfortable in their own skin inspire me.
