Challenge Details
Commit. Buy and schedule your weigh-ins below.
Weigh-in. Step onto KOTA’s state-of-the-art scale at x˙Piedmont or x˙Marin. Only 10 min required, includes consultation.
Form healthy habits. Take Unlimited classes (up to 2 a day) for 6 weeks and commit to your new healthy habits!
Weigh in again, get results. Step back onto KOTA’s scale to learn how your body has changed.
Special Offer (Optional) Purchase the 6 WEEK $450 Unlimited membership. That's less than $15 per class if you take 30 classes. This pack also gives you priority scheduling to book classes two weeks in advance.

Can’t make either weekend?You can weigh-in on Monday morning after both Jan and Feb weigh-ins at Urban Fitness in Jack London - Buy and Schedule in Jack London. If these dates don't work for you, email noah@kotausa.com to schedule an appointment with KOTA directly.

Why is this the most scientific challenge? We’re so glad you asked :)
As you have probably experienced yourself, your efforts both in physical training and also dietary changes are not always reflected in weight changes. And with a scale as your ownly tool to measure with, it can be very frustrating.
Well hello, KOTA! We use a tool called InBody. It measures your bodies’ composition - your weight broken down - muscle, fat, and water primarily. Measuring these numbers allows us to deduce exactly what is working in your training and nutrition plan (or lack of plan!) and what is not. Armed with this info, we can help you make corrections if needed so you get the results you are after.
