We're teaming up with Oakland Animal Services (OAS), Ride and Honor Barre for a special Adoption PupUp Event on Sunday, October 27th from 10 am - 12 pm, and we would love to see you there!

OAS is bringing adoptable dogs (25 lbs and up) to the Colibri Preschool parking lot (and outside X˙CORE Studio, Ride, and Honor Barre) who are ready for adoption.

These pups are in urgent need of loving homes as the shelter faces severe overcrowding, especially with winter on the way. Here’s what you need to know:

Event Details:

• Date & Time: Sunday, October 27th from 10 am - 12 pm

• Location: Colibri Preschool parking lot and around X˙CORE, Ride, and Honor Barre

• Adoption Fee: waived (plus a $17 county registration fee)

• Bonus: Adopt a dog and get a FREE "Puppies and Pilates" tank top! Not adopting? You can still support by purchasing a tank— 10% of proceeds will be donated to OAS.

What to Expect:

• OAS will bring a mix of dogs with different breeds, temperaments, and energy levels, all vaccinated and spayed/neutered.

• Adopters will fill out an application at the event and can bring home their new loved one same day!

• We can't guarantee specific dogs will be available, but we know you’ll fall in love with one (or more)!
