How to play
The rules are EASY but you’ll need to bring your A-game, mentally and physically, to win this one. Signing up for the weigh-ins qualifies you as a participant.
Step 1. Commit.
Schedule and buy your 2 weigh-ins with KOTA - $85 for 2 weigh-ins. Buy and sign up for both weigh ins here
Optional: purchase the 6 WEEK $310 Unlimited All Access pack - active from 1/8-2/20. That's about $10 a class if you just take 30 classes. This pack also gives you priority scheduling to book classes 2 weeks from "today".
Step 2. Weigh-in + Set Your Intentions + Get Started
On Saturday, 1/8 - step onto KOTA’s state-of-the-art scale during your appointment time at x˙Piedmont. Only 10 min required, includes consultation.
Snap a polaroid and share your goal with us for the new year - beyond just the physical, why do you work out? Maybe it's to find patience, community, build strength, or make time for yourself. Whatever it is we want to hear about those goals too!
We'll have classes going throughout the day Saturday, so if you can, jump in to a class and kick off your 6 week challenge!
Step 3. Form your healthy habits.
Take Unlimited classes (up to 2 a day) for 6 weeks and commit to your new healthy habits!
Step 4. Check in with the X˙CORE Community.
We know the last two years haven't been easy, which is why this year we're including opportunities to get to know your Sweat + Reset Community to find support beyond the weigh-ins. We'll have a half-way mixer to get to know your instructors and community members better, social media challenges, and spotlights on members and instructors who inspire us.
Step 5. Get results.
On Saturday, 2/20 - step back onto KOTA’s scale to learn how your body has changed.
Check in on your wholistic goals we set with our polaroids -- are we feeling stronger? More patient? Whatever your goal may be, it's time to reflect on how the first 6 weeks of the year have gone!
